Thousand miles to go before I sleep

Thousand miles to go before I sleep

“Imagination is a powerful magnet. The power of imagination is more, the more attraction of desires.” Everyone has the power to have their own desires and ambitions through their imaginations and thought process. Every person has its unique ambitions for which they work and strive hard to achieve it. Some of them may be having materialistic desires, someone might have emotional or economical desire. But the intention is to achieve whatever they want to posse or achieve the things before they die. I too have dreams and ambitions which go on changing and increasing as I grown up. You must be greedy enough to achieve success and have big desires that makes you unique from others. My biggest dream is to live a happy life rather than being successful one. Running behind success may let us to failures or depressions sometimes but living out and making positive attitude in the negations may led us to have a happy life. So stay happy and have as many big and silly ambitions in your life that can make a difference for others and are very much valuable for you. My other dream for life are that I want to return all the happiness to my family as they had sacrificed their desires made me as their priority and invested their whole & soul and made me such a capable person what I am today. I want to make them proud by meeting their expectations and making them realize that the plant for which they had worked hard to care and nourish it, has grown up now and having the fruitful results. Before I take my last breath I don't want to say that, I don't want to go away rather I would be happy realizing that I had lived a good life, done something for my parents, my family and society and left out my unique impression in the world. This is all about my long term ambitions which would inspire me to live a worthy life until I fulfill those all and have a prestigious position in the society. In every persons life there must be such dreams so that they could live for it. "Life is not worth living unless you have something to die for."

Have students psychology changed over time?

Have students psychology changed over time?

Change is the basic thing of life. We always like to be in same position and same state of mind but as the days go on we have a change in our state of mind and thinking. Every change should be a positive one so that we can do a lot of progress by implementing and working on the changing perspective. The student's psychology is not an exception. The more they grow, the change in their personality and psychology can be determined and increased. In early days the students were very much obedient to their teachers. Whatever the words they say, each and everything was followed by the students. But today's generation of students is very much smart. They just procrastinate the situations and the words of their teachers. They always try to make it as a secondary priority in their lives. The change should be for a good cause and we can have the desired outcomes from it.We can analyze that the mentality of obeying and following the teacher is decreased because in previous days the only source for knowledge were books and teachers. But today in this technological world we are brought up with the various sources of knowledge i.e. Internet, ebooks, pdf, International Journals, Magazines, etc. So the youngest generation is independent of sources thus the psychology of students for being dependent on teacher and closed box learning is changed with the upcoming technology and the various resources to learn new things of their own interest by out of box thinking. The approach is more important than thinking about mind state. Thus we can also analyze that rather than being hardworking students the tendency is changed to be a smart worker. And this has made the students more skillful, made aware of the opportunities in the world  and developed a lot of interset in their respective sector. And to have a proper increment and progress in the students career the change is expected with the positive attitude.

How can I become a change maker

How can I become a change maker

A great philosopher has said, " Fortune Favours the Bold". That truly implies here, if you are strong enough at your decision in a society that you are favored with the good fortune and become a change maker. Everyone wants to bring a change in the society but nobody wants to change themselves. and thus be a change maker in the society. We are forced by some blind faith in the society but we cannot ignore that and someone has to bring a change for a good cause so you have to become a cause for a good change. The change makers have a unique personalities we can remember the famous personalities who have made a change in the society, Hitler, Verghese Kurien, PM Narendra Modi and APJ Abdul Kalam are the persons who have changed the society through their visions and now it's our turn to become a part of change and be a change maker. If I have to be a change maker then first I have to come across the uncertainties which would need to be changed. After interacting and brainstorming at the root cause level, we can come to a situation where we can make an appropriate decision to overcome the uncertain activities and give a society a better place to live. This is not the only thing we can have a decision by forming a committee and setting up the realistic goal. As an Engineer, we can provide the people with the best and latest technology which would be useful for them and help to ease their lives. The technology is to be reached to youngsters of our nation as they are the future of our nation and whatever decisions we take today and bring a change will have a greater impact on their lives and lifestyle. Thus be a change maker for a good cause and become a hope for the rest of.

Can India's population be used as a Resource?

Can India's population be used as a Resource?

According to recent Census, India has the second largest population in the world. Out of which more than 60% of the population is the youths. Thus we call India as the country of Youths. India is still a developing country and it needs manpower for the development and we already have the youth power for our nation but the youths are in not made aware of their skills and their true power. Our present PM Narendra Modi is trying to make use of the abundant youth power and focus them and their abilities to make our India as a developed nation. Skill India Project which is introduced by our PM is trying to develop the skills of the youth in the field in whichever they are good at. The training given is hands on thus they can learn a lot from it. The youths must be given a proper direction and motivation to work for. The literacy rate of India has increased from past decades and we are trying to make the literacy rate 100% so that we can be strong enough in the knowledge whatever we persist. If the youths of our nation are made strong in knowledge and skills then they will be a resource to our nation to empower it. The every task and work done by the people can provide employment to the needy. Many of the Entrepreneurs are uprising in the society to provide jobs and employment for the youths and develop their own industries along with it. If this continuous efforts takes place then, soon we will be named as developed nation and we would have done a remarkable work for the society and the citizens.

Time Management

Time Management

We have always said by our parents that "Time is money." But in today's life, we can say it as "Time is more than money." And I really think that it is true because we can compensate our money but we cannot compensate our time which has left away. So proper Time Management is the skill that everyone must implement in their life skill as it would help them to do the appropriate task at the particular time and the main thing is that in given span of time. This skill will be very much useful for youngsters to have a proper organization of their activities and tasks. We should divide certain work into four categories which are, Important & Urgent, Not Important but Urgent, Important but not Urgent and Not Important & not Urgent. If you were to implement this in your day to day life then you would be close to saving time for things which are worth to you. When we try to organize our task in the tabular form of the above types we can be able to identify the task which is more important and we can work according to it and do the most important task at the superior time interval. Time management is a technique to have a sequential order of time and task to fulfill the events and tasks. Skill is all about developing your personality and express it through your work. And skill will really reflect your work from your job. This skill will be useful for freshers in the corporate world as it would help them complete their targets within the time. Everyone must always be cautious towards time, because if you let the Time to pass away it would let you pass away. Proper time management would let you to the Success as it would play a major role for you. So instead of wasting time start cultivating time in a such a manner that it would build your profile and reflect that through your work.

Three things you can do to reduce pollution in your own city

Three things you can do to reduce pollution in your own city

Three things you can do to reduce pollution in your own city
It is always said that "Prevention is better than cure." So taking a step towards reducing the pollution will be a taking few steps to save our environment. I live in Ichalkaranji. This city is also named as Manchester City because the occupation of most of the people living in Ichalkaranji is Textiles. Due to this popular business of textile, there is a lot of pollution in the city that may be due to dying of clothes or the poor waste water displacement methods. According to me the three things which would help in reduction of pollution in Ichalkaranji are:
1. To control water pollution: Proper wastewater displacement must be done of water flowing through the dying industries. If needed a water treatment plants can be introduced to soften the harsh chemicalized water.
2.To control Air pollution: Many industries and Foundries releases hazardous gases from the chimneys thus it cause acid rainfall and air pollution so filters fitting in chimneys should be made mandatory to reduce the mixing of gases in the air. The air pollution may cause severe lungs diseases as the polluted air are intake. Thus it is to be reduced as early as possible.
3. To noise pollution: There are many heart patients who have to suffer a lot while the festivals season. The use of Dolby sound system should be banned so that the heart strokes of the patients would be resonated and they are kept at safer side.
These are some of my views to reduce the pollution, but the overall control is in the hands of we people. We must plant more trees so that we can control the pollution and make our environment green and healthy. So that we can also save our Environment by Global Warming.

Past, Present and Future of India

Past, Present and Future of India

India is a developing country where in there is Unity in Diversity. India is rich in its Cultural heritage. Considering the past history of our nation we were called as the "Golden Bird" by the foreigners. Because India was the richest country in the world. We had a very Royal History of kings and their belongings which are still present today. We had our Indian heritage as the forts, monuments, culture, Sculptures, traditions, festivals and the Holy books. India took 150 years to become Independent. Finally, India got freedom on 15 August 1947. Since then everything in India had changed. It lost its royalty. The ancestral belongings were taken away by the Britishers who ruled 150 years in India. When Britishers came in India they brought up new technologies for their ease, which gave a new turn to the Indian Traditions and Customs. But later on, the modernization became a part of it. Today the development has been going on and we are on the brink of to be in the name of Developed Nation. We are over given by our Negotiator APJ Abdul Kalam with his Visions and Missions to be a developed nation by 2020. Thus our honorable PM Narendra Modi is trying to make sea changes in the Current affairs of our nation. They have brought up with many different policies and schemes for women, children, farmers, students and Entrepreneurs. Implementation of new technologies in the field of IT (Angular JS, Java, Python are the latest technologies accepted by the IT belongers), Electronics (The scope of making our silicon valley.i.e Semiconductor chips product manufacturing companies are to be established) and Mechanical (Power plant and hybrid renewable sources are developing and making the use of Solar power as the energy sources are used) sectors are done so as to get their own place in the world of competitors. They are conducting Make In India project to increase the Manufacturing of products in India so that the per capita income will be improved.

This is the Glorious Past, Developing Present and upcoming empowered Future of India.
